Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide after-sales support and product detailing to optical outlets
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams on campaigns and promotions
  • Enhance in-store brand visibility and gather market insights
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events
  • Monitor accounts receivables to meet DSO targets

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a Diploma in Optometry
  • At least 5 years' experience in BD or sales, preferably in the optical industry
  • Proven ability to hunt, close deals, and grow accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Business acumen with analytical and financial insight
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools
  • A people-oriented mindset and ability to work independently or in teams
  • Willingness to travel across the Philippines
