The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales and expanding market presence within the industrial sector. This position focuses on building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Job Description

  • Promote Company's solutions through product presentations to key stakeholders within the identified addressable market.
  • Identify opportunities in high end residential, commercial, industrial and institutional project segments
  • Build relationship across relevant stakeholders of the identified target developers
  • Secure product specifications in project tender documents
  • Build, manage and maintain project pipeline from qualification until project completion
  • Coordinate project quotations and technical approvals and after sales support
  • Provide and support sales forecast

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree, Engineering an advantage
  • 5 to 10 years experience in building system specifications and business development within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of or willing to learn plumbing, drainage, sanitary systems or any MEP specifications product/system
  • Understands the full construction ecosystem from developer to consultant to contractor, subcon to distributor.
  • Established network with architect, consultants, developers and contractors.
  • Excellent presentation skills, negotiation and relationship skill
  • Willing to do field work and work in Makati City.
