Job Description

  • Execute the BI commercial strategy for the Philippine market with clear mid‑term and long‑term objectives.
  • Develop and implement go‑to‑market plans to grow BI adoption across target industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; ensure CRM accuracy, cadence, and reporting discipline.
  • Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing accounts and channel partners.
  • Deliver timely sales updates, pipeline reviews, and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with regional teams on market strategy, business planning, and execution of commercial priorities.
  • Work with product teams to relay market feedback and advocate for enhancements that increase competitiveness.
  • Represent the BI business at industry events, associations, and client presentations to drive brand visibility.
  • Partner with marketing to develop relevant market-facing content and campaigns.
  • Support partner enablement and capability building to ensure correct positioning of BI offerings.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for client or partner concerns within the market.
  • Maintain strong forecasting accuracy and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Uphold customer satisfaction levels aligned with global benchmarks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, channel/partnership sales, or business development within data, analytics, tech, fintech, SaaS, or information services.
  • Experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and influencing skills.
  • Experience co‑creating or shaping client propositions is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and disciplined execution.
