Job Description

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the automotive and mobility sectors.
  • Build, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Lead commercial engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Manage RFQs, tenders, and customer solution development in partnership with operations and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across automotive manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and related industries.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive revenue generation through a consultative and solutions-based sales approach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Development Specialist (FVL) should have:

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience within automotive logistics, vehicle transportation, automotive supply chain solutions, or a related industry.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations independently.
  • Strong network and relationships within the automotive ecosystem are highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including exposure to regional or multinational environments.
  • Comfortable working in a highly field-based role and engaging customers regularly on-site.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
