The Business Process Excellence Manager leads enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency, quality, and sustainable performance. Job Description

  • Analyse and diagnose existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design current-state and future-state processes using structured frameworks such as SIPOC, value stream mapping, and process flow diagrams.
  • Lead end-to-end process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Drive adoption of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and performance metrics to support improvement initiatives.
  • Implement redesigned workflows, ensuring operational alignment, minimal disruption, and long-term sustainability.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, tracking performance, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and support change management efforts.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.
  • Analyse operational data and report project progress, savings, and impact to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal CandidateNon‑Negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum).
  • 5-10 years' experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC).



Good‑to‑Haves

  • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline).
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, or BPM platforms.
  • Strong facilitation experience (workshops, Kaizen, process mapping sessions).
