Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes.
  • Lead teams to deliver projects on time, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and improve workflow efficiency across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices within the organization.
  • Oversee resource allocation and budget management for operational activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma certified is an advantage
  • Related experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Proven experience in operational excellence
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Solid understanding of operational strategy development and implementation.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and propose improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive approach to driving innovation and process optimization
  • Willing to work in Makati City
  • Willing to do local and international travels
