Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors based on financial analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage capital allocation, and oversee investment activities.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management within the infrastructure industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • The ability to handle complex financial operations and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
