Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Drive initiatives related to organizational development, culture transformation, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in HR operations.
  • Lead performance management processes, including setting KPIs and monitoring employee outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including the company's car plan, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Human Resources Officer should have:

  • Extensive experience in human resources leadership, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration at all levels of the organization.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading HR operations in a large organization is preferred.
