You will work closely with the Board of Directors, owning financial analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives to support scale and strategic growth.

Job Description

  • Act as Chief of Staff / Business Operations support to the Board of Directors
  • Lead FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
  • Prepare concise, high‑impact reports for Board and senior leadership
  • Automate financial analysis and reporting using AI and modern analytics tools
  • Support strategic business initiatives across finance and operations
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
  • Operate as a trusted analytical and operational partner to leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in FP&A, financial planning, and reporting
  • Experience in analyst, planning, or business operations roles
  • Comfortable using AI tools and automation for analysis and reporting
  • Finance‑trained but genuinely interested in technology and digital tools
  • Experience working with senior leadership or Board‑level stakeholders
  • Ideal for high‑potential, early‑ to mid‑career professionals
