The COE Talent Acquisition defines and drives the global talent acquisition strategy for a complex, international organisation. This is a non‑operational, Centre of Excellence role focused on strategy, governance, capability building, and transformation rather than day‑to‑day recruitment.

Job Description

  • Own and lead the global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, setting strategy, standards, and long‑term roadmap
  • Design and evolve talent acquisition frameworks, processes, and governance to support future workforce needs
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, HR partners, and hiring leaders on talent attraction and hiring effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, analytics, and forward‑looking recruitment practices, including digital and AI‑enabled solutions
  • Ensure alignment of talent acquisition processes with employer brand and candidate experience globally
  • Establish, track, and report on key TA metrics to demonstrate impact and inform decision‑making
  • Partner cross‑functionally to embed scalable, high‑quality hiring capabilities across regions
  • This role does not involve hands‑on recruiting or requisition delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful COE Talent Acquisition should have:

  • Talent acquisition foundation, with significant exposure to strategy, transformation, or COE leadership
  • Proven experience designing and implementing global TA programs
  • Strong capability in metrics, analytics, and data‑driven decision making
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executives in a global environment
  • Deep understanding of modern recruitment practices, employer branding, and technology‑enabled hiring
  • Experience in high‑growth, technology, or manufacturing environments
