Job Description

  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies across internal and external channels
  • Drive corporate branding, messaging, and positioning aligned with business objectives
  • Lead crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align communication priorities
  • Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships, including executives, business leaders, and external partners
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all platforms and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in corporate communications or public relations, with ownership of both internal and external messaging
  • Strong track record of crafting clear, compelling narratives for different audiences (employees, media, executives)
  • Experience managing crisis communications or reputational issues in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution (e.g., campaigns, communication plans, leadership messaging)
  • Background in large, matrixed organizations or public relations agencies, with exposure to complex stakeholder environments
  • Highly adaptable with strong judgement, discretion, and problem-solving skills
