Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST 800-171.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess adherence to regulatory and security standards.
  • Oversee risk management activities, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
  • Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure alignment with QMS ISO 9001 standards.
  • Draft, update, and implement company policies to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with CMMC 2.0 and other industry regulations.
  • Provide guidance on information security and regulatory compliance best practices.
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST 800-171.
  • Experience in IT GRC, risk management, and audit management processes.
  • Proficiency in handling internal and external audits.
  • Familiarity with QMS ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and compliance strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of information security and governance practices.
