Their platform spans customer experience AI, recruitment intelligence, risk and credit assessment automation, analytics, and operations optimization-enabling clients to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed at scale. The company partners with leading BPOs, financial institutions, telco players, and high‑growth digital organizations seeking to modernize service delivery through advanced automation.

Job Description

  • Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with enterprise BPO clients, global outsourcing firms, and key channel partners.
  • Present and customize AI‑driven BPO solutions-including customer acquisition and service, fraud/risk analytics, recruitment automation, and data‑led performance insights-to match client requirements and SLAs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets for the Philippine market and assigned international key accounts.
  • Lead business planning and joint GTM activities with partners to drive shared growth objectives.
  • Work cross‑functionally with operations, delivery, and technology teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, AI adoption patterns, competitive positioning, and the evolving BPO landscape.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years selling BPO, ITO, or shared services solutions in the Philippines or APAC.
  • Proven track record in closing complex, enterprise‑level deals in industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, or retail.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage decision‑makers, craft compelling value narratives, and drive consensus.
  • Experience working with multinational BPOs or regional outsourcing providers is a major advantage.
  • Preferred: An existing network across the Philippine BPO ecosystem and familiarity with local business practices, compliance requirements, and procurement dynamics.
