It requires a senior leader who can drive business results while building high-performing teams and managing cross-functional delivery across projects, service, and engineering.

Job Description

  • Lead and execute the overall country business strategy to drive growth and market expansion
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, and order intake performance
  • Drive all commercial and sales activities, including forecasting, pipeline, and pricing strategy
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities
  • Oversee cross-functional operations across sales, service, project delivery, and engineering
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and effective risk management across business activities
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on leadership and talent development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Manager should have:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in industrial, engineering, or technical solutions environments.
  • Proven track record in leadership roles with P&L responsibility, ideally at a country or business unit level.
  • Strong experience in solution-based / project sales and service-driven businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive commercial performance.
  • Exposure to multinational organizations and alignment with regional/global structures is preferred.
