Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of EHSS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international EHSS regulations and standards.
  • Lead training programs to promote safety awareness and preparedness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHSS initiatives into daily operations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business continuity and EHSS programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, ensuring swift and effective responses.

The Successful Applicant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of business continuity planning, crisis management, and operational resilience.
  • Expertise in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA).
  • Proficiency in using IT continuity tools and managing multi-site operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
  • A background in environmental health, safety, and security protocols.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
