Job Description

  • Conduct financial due diligence and analysis to support client decision-making.
  • Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate financial findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying key risks and opportunities in business transactions.
  • Work closely with clients to develop tailored financial strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of advisory services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the accounting and finance field.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client pitches.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deal Advisory professional should have:
