Job Description

Partnership Support and Development

  • Support the identification and onboarding of new partners across e‑commerce, travel, and financial services sectors
  • Assist in executing partnership strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to co‑develop solutions and strengthen partner engagement



Deal Execution and Relationship Management

  • Support the structuring of partnership proposals and contribute to commercial discussions
  • Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships to ensure smooth operations and mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Track partner performance and surface insights to improve collaboration and results



Operational Coordination

  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support successful partnership launches
  • Ensure partner‑related activities are delivered efficiently and within agreed timelines



Revenue and Performance Tracking

  • Monitor partnership KPIs and support performance reporting to senior management
  • Assist with initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue generation and partnership outcomes



Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both partners and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 years of total professional experience, with at least 2 years in partnership management, business development, or sales support roles, ideally within e‑commerce, travel, fintech, or financial services
  • Solid understanding of partnership life cycles, including pipeline management, commercial coordination, and contract execution
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
