Job Description

  • Lead and elevate Butler Services, delivering exceptional VIP guest experiences
  • Set and uphold service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Build strong relationships with high-value guests and resolve concerns promptly
  • Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, safety, and quality compliance
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and market analysis
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets
  • Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team, including recruitment and training
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Senior Butler in luxury hospitality
  • Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication skills; additional language skills (Mandarin/Korean) are a plus
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional presence with ability to engage VIP and high-profile guests
  • Proven leadership and team development capability
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with operational systems
