Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations to keep online channels organised, accurate and customer-ready.
  • Plan and deliver digital commerce activities that support online sales goals and product visibility.
  • Maintain product listings, content and promotions to provide clear and consistent information for customers.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance and identify practical actions to improve online results.
  • Coordinate digital campaign requirements to ensure timely and accurate online execution.
  • Review customer journey touchpoints and address issues that may affect online purchasing.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to align product, promotional and digital commerce priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on e-commerce activities, results and key areas for attention.

The Successful Applicant

A successful E-Commerce Manager should have:

  • Practical capability in managing e-commerce operations and online sales activities.
  • Knowledge of digital commerce planning, product listings and online promotions.
  • Ability to review e-commerce performance and use findings to guide actions.
  • Experience coordinating digital campaign requirements across relevant teams.
  • Confidence in improving online customer journeys and purchase processes.
  • Ability to manage priorities across e-commerce activities within a Digital department.
