Job Description

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns to enhance the overall episode experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices within the Technology & Telecoms sector.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Support the Marketing & Agency department in achieving its goals and targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Episode Experience Specialist should have:

  • A strong background in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven skills in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies.
  • Experience in analyzing customer data and providing actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
