Job Description



Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues

Support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Manage users and troubleshoot issues via Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software

Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support when needed

Follow ITIL-based service management processes Deliver excellent customer service and user support

Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Manage Intune policies, Autopilot, and device compliance

Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity

Ensure endpoint security (patching, encryption, vulnerability management)

Monitor system performance and updates

Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation (PowerShell, Power Platform)

Track, maintain, and deploy IT assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals)

Assist in IT projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments)

Support testing and rollout of new systems

Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards

Maintain security measures (antivirus, access control, encryption)

Support audits and implement security improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in IT Service Desk / 1st-2nd line support
  • Strong knowledge of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, Desktop applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience with: PowerShell scripting, Power Platform / automation tools, Azure AD / conditional access
  • Exposure to IT asset management and endpoint security
  • Good communication and resolution skills
