Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical leader in-market, partnering with enterprise clients to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning: from pre-sales architecture to deployment, customization, and scaling.
  • Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI and software solutions.
  • Build, lead, and mentor local engineering and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate closely with global product and engineering teams to localize and enhance platform capabilities.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by contributing to deal strategy, solution positioning, and technical sales.
  • Drive best practices in AI adoption, digital transformation, and enterprise system integration.

The Successful Applicant

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience as a Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or senior technical leader in enterprise software or AI-driven environments.
  • Strong background in both startups and large enterprises, including experience building and scaling engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, and enterprise deployments.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, particularly engaging senior stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Exposure to APAC markets and multinational environments is highly preferred.
