Job Description

  • Lead and manage the financial operations of the country office, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Evaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Country Lead should have:
