Its products are designed to deliver reliable performance across automotive and industrial applications.Job DescriptionResponsible for all aspects of finance and accounting operations to achieve company targetsTo ensure accuracy and validity of data for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of financial reports for the LT as per agreed timelinesPerform risk assessment, ensure compliance with government regulations with short and long-term mitigation plans for growing the legal entityDesign, integrate, and implement financial / controlling processes and structures in GOPIConduct tax planning and ensure financial and regulatory compliance of the CompanyValidate and verify tax submissions within timelines as well as local regulations (GAAP/ IFRS & PFRS (Philippine Financial Reporting Standard))Set and monitor internal controls within the team, minimize financial risk and exposure of the entity. Ensure practice and implementation of robust internal controls in various processes and lead the internal audit procedureProvide a well-informed and independent opinion on financial matters of the company. Ability to put company interest as a top priority and safeguard its reputation.To build a good relationship and liaise with Management consultants, Tax consultants, financial consultants, banks, auditors, insurance, financial institutions and able to implement the results in favor of the company's interest.Monitors and manage cash flows, working capital, credit management, term loans, forex matters.Conducting required due diligence to establish customer credibility & credit limit, payment capability, bank guarantee, other collaterals to ensure smooth business operations.Being well informed on hedging, forex transactions, importation/exportation customs and duties, as applicableSupport the finance function in the assigned country and act as an intermediary between HQ and the LEAlign organization and team goals to achieve the larger goal.
