Finance Head opportunity for a CPA with strong leadership experience to oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, financial reporting, audits, statutory compliance, and a small finance team. The ideal candidate has proven people management and regional reporting experience, and is comfortable working closely with a Global CFO in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Professional experience 5-10 years, with relevant functional experience
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels including team management skills
  • Extensive experience in finance processes, financial models, and financial planning
  • High communication, negotiation and project management skills
