About Our Client

The client is a well-establish company in the distribution industry. Office is in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Job Description

  • Serve as the main financial advisor to leadership, including the board and GM
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
  • Drive working capital optimisation and cash flow management strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and business outcomes
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across business partnering and control

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • CPA
  • at least 15 years experience in whole cycle finance with focus on commercial finance and business partnering
  • industry background in FMCG, retail, distribution, and consumer durables
  • experience in managing various stakeholders
