Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop financial strategies to support the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to enhance their performance.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage risk assessments effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and compliance.
