Job Description

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and trends.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the sales department.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate cost allocation.
  • Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and efficiency.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to support the strategic goals of the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Controlling Assistant Manager should have:

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar sector.
