Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Transformation Lead are:

    • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of finance processes, ensuring they reflect actual practices and are properly recorded in systems.
    • Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPO) and finance teams to implement new or updated processes consistently across the organization.
    • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing, and enhancing efficiency of finance processes and controls, incorporating audit insights where applicable.
    • Ensure all processes embed internal controls, financial policies, and guidelines to promote compliance and a right-first-time approach.
    • Strengthen governance and awareness by engaging stakeholders through communication channels, ensuring regular reviews and adherence to documentation standards and update cycles.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Transformation Lead should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in process excellence, quality assurance, lean six sigma methodology
  • Strong knowledge of finance process mapping and continuous improvement
  • SAP S4 HANA background is needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, can determine risks involved and the acceptable level.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
