Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities that support business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with Customer Support leaders to provide financial guidance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Translate operational plans into financial projections, business scenarios, and actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate service profitability, pricing strategies, resource allocation, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Drive the annual planning process and manage ongoing forecasts for revenue, expenses, margins, and overall financial performance.
  • Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and key performance indicators to measure business success.
  • Analyze performance against plans and targets, identify trends and risks, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Support workforce planning by assessing staffing requirements, productivity assumptions, and organizational growth plans.
  • Strengthen finance processes, reporting standards, and internal controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, business partnering, or operational finance roles.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Must have experience with Customer Service, BPO, or Service-related organizations.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills with a track record of turning data into business insights.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of key service business drivers, including productivity, utilization, cost management, and profitability metrics, is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications or advanced qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are a plus.
