The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager - Head of Restaurant Operations should have:

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant operations or hospitality management.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and business strategy in the hospitality & leisure industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams effectively.
