Job Description

Job Description of Global Finance Project Manager:

  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation and process improvement projects.
  • Drive Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives across the region.
  • Manage project planning, scope definition, requirements gathering, and execution.
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead finance automation and continuous improvement programs.
  • Support ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Prepare governance materials and present project updates to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Finance Transformation or Business Transformation experience.
  • Proven experience leading P2P or O2C transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in process improvement and continuous improvement programs.
  • Experience delivering finance automation projects.
  • Hands-on ERP implementation or ERP transformation experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
