Job Description

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the HR shared services team.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and standards.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR shared services.
  • Implement best practices to enhance HR service efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR shared services performance to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global HR Shared Services Supervisor should have:

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimisation.
