Job Description

  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years senior level work experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Ideally with experience in Food-related/ FMCG industry
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance within the FMCG industry.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
