Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic HR and Organizational Effectiveness: Own Talent Development, the leadership pipeline, succession, and overall HR strategy, working through the HR Senior Managers to build a workforce that performs well, stays compliant, and is aligned with the business.
  • HR Function Oversight: Lead and guide the Senior Managers in charge of:
    • Learning and Development
    • Compensation and Benefits
    • Performance Management
    • Talent Acquisition and Engagement
  • Executive and Stakeholder Leadership: Work with leadership and Operations to align HR priorities, build organizational capability, and improve overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Of HR should have:

  • Strong capability in leading a broad Human Resources function.
  • Practical knowledge of HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Experience in workforce planning and performance management.
  • Ability to provide clear HR guidance to business stakeholders.
  • Confidence in reviewing HR data and using findings to guide priorities.
  • Ability to manage several HR activities while maintaining accurate records.
