The Head of Marketing and Customer Experience will lead strategic initiatives to drive brand growth, market share, and customer engagement within the industrial and manufacturing industry. The role will manage a team and will report to the General Manager.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Will serve as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring that marketing initiatives, customer feedback, and CRM data translate into actionable insights that support Sales, Business Development, and Service teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content and promotional assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve their professional and organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial enablement, or customer experience leadership.
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, construction, or project-based businesses preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing marketing programs that support commercial growth.
  • Experience working with regional or global headquarters on branding or marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
