Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity within the Supply Chain department.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to establish and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization across operations.
  • Lead and mentor teams to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline operations and improve workflows.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to the executive team.
