Business & Financial ManagementOwn and deliver annual operating plan (OP) and business targetsManage full P&L responsibility across sitesMonitor financial performance, costs, and revenue streamsIdentify growth opportunities and improve profitability2. Operations ManagementOversee operations of 43 centers nationwideEnsure consistent, efficient, and compliant center operationsConduct quarterly site visits to monitor performance and standardsDrive operational improvements and process optimization3. Leadership & Team ManagementDirectly manage 3 functional managersBuild a high-performance culture and coach team membersEnsure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs4. Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key partnersCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsAct as a key representative of the organization in the healthcare community5.
