The Head of Operations is responsible for leading and managing nationwide operations, ensuring achievement of business targets, operational excellence, and high-quality patient care. This role oversees multiple functional teams and drives strategic initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Business & Financial Management

  • Own and deliver annual operating plan (OP) and business targets
  • Manage full P&L responsibility across sites
  • Monitor financial performance, costs, and revenue streams
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve profitability



2. Operations Management

  • Oversee operations of 43 centers nationwide
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant center operations
  • Conduct quarterly site visits to monitor performance and standards
  • Drive operational improvements and process optimization



3. Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly manage 3 functional managers
  • Build a high-performance culture and coach team members
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs



4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as a key representative of the organization in the healthcare community



5. Strategic Growth & Expansion

  • Support business expansion and network growth strategies
  • Leverage experience in multi-site operations (e.g., retail or distributed networks) to scale operations
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient services and market reach

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management
  • Experience managing multi-site operations (e.g., retail chains, distributor networks, healthcare networks)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams effectively and drive performance.
  • Experience in implementing operational strategies, continuous improvement, and cost saving initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to work onsite in Makati, from Mondays to Fridays & first Saturday of the month.
