We're looking for a senior, client-facing Head of Paid Media to lead paid strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a hands-on leadership role, owning performance outcomes, budget allocation, strategy, and delivery. You'll work directly with US, EU, and UK clients, leading client conversations, driving results, and setting best practices. Ideal candidates bring 5-10 years of agency experience across paid media, performance marketing, and content strategy.

Job Description

Strategy & Leadership

* Own paid media strategy across client portfolio

* Define campaign architecture: structure, audiences, bids

* Lead client-facing performance reviews and strategy sessions

* Set quality standards for how campaigns are built and run

* Mentor and develop junior media buyersExecution & Optimisation

* Build and manage campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta

* Manage B2B lead gen with focus on SQL quality, not volume

* Own conversion tracking, UTMs, and attribution hygiene

* Run structured testing: creative, audience, offer, landing page

* Produce clear performance reports and dashboards (Looker Studio)

The Successful Applicant

Platforms & Technical Skills

* Expert-level Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

* Strong LinkedIn Ads - especially B2B lead generation

* Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

* Pixel/tag implementation and tracking governance

* HubSpot or CRM integration and campaign attribution

* Looker Studio / analytics reportingB2B & Agency Experience

* Proven track record managing paid media for B2B clients

* Deep understanding of longer sales cycles and SQL focus

* Confident managing client relationships and expectations

* Experience briefing and directing creative teams

* Comfortable writing high-performance ad copy directly

* Interest in SaaS, software, and startup-led businesses
