Looking for an experienced sales leader from the general insurance industry to drive the growth by leading and expanding their sales team. This role will focus on strengthening and growing partnerships with agencies, brokers, and other distribution channels to increase market presence and revenue.

Job Description



  • Develop and execute the company's overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve growth targets in the general insurance market.


  • Lead, manage, and expand the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.


  • Strengthen and grow partnerships with agencies, brokers, and other distribution channels, fostering long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and innovative distribution channels to increase market share.


  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.


  • Provide coaching and professional development to team members to build a high-performance sales culture.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, claims, marketing) to deliver superior customer value and achieve business objectives.



The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, distribution, and leadership roles within the general insurance industry.


  • Strong track record of leading and growing sales teams to exceed targets.


  • Deep understanding of the general insurance ecosystem, particularly in managing agency networks, brokers, and multi-channel distribution strategies.


  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with key partners and stakeholders.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
