Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations, driving strategy, vendor management, and process improvements to support multi-site operations.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, compliance, and strong supplier partnerships.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, governance, and reporting to ensure disciplined spend management and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, with advanced studies or professional certifications considered an advantage.
  • Extensive experience across procurement, supply chain or project management within complex, multi-site environments.
  • Industry exposure in healthcare, hospitality, or similarly structured sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and large-scale initiatives, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, financial and analytical acumen, and expertise in sourcing, contract management, facilities operations, and compliance, with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
