The role drives employee relations, performance management, labor law compliance, and strategic people initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams.

Job Description

  • Partner with leaders on employee relations, retention, compensation, career development, and performance management.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, disciplinary matters, complaints, and labor law issues across the USA and broader AMS region.
  • Coach and advise managers on people-related challenges and HR best practices.
  • Support the implementation of global HR strategies while ensuring local compliance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to align business and HR objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and contribute to organizational development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Strong hands-on HR Business Partnering experience supporting the USA market.
  • Solid knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws and employee relations practices.
  • Experience handling employee complaints, disciplinary processes, investigations, and performance management cases.
  • The ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to independently manage complex HR issues.
  • Strong English communication skills; Spanish language capability is advantageous.
