Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and employee engagement programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the IT Services industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
