Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies for the sales department.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies with organizational goals and legal compliance.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management for the sales team.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems to support team goals and individual growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage training and development programs to upskill the sales workforce.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve overall team performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director - Sales should have:

  • A strong background in sales, OR collaboration with sales teams and/or stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for a sales-focused department.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
