Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR leadership aligned with business goals in a BPO/shared services environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive and leadership teams on people, culture, and labor matters
  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies at scale
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, DEI, and CSR initiatives across the organization
  • Oversee learning, leadership development, performance, and succession planning
  • Ensure HR operations excellence, including compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements
  • Lead payroll, compensation, benefits, and annual salary review processes
  • Champion wellness, health & safety, and employee wellbeing programs
  • Leverage people analytics and HR technology to inform decision‑making
  • Lead change management, HR transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage HR budgets, governance, and risk, including InfoSec, QMS, and environmental compliance
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global HR stakeholders, including Australia‑based leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Director should have:

  • Senior HR leadership experience within a BPO, shared services, or large‑scale operations environment
  • End‑to‑end HR expertise, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, L&D, and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws with hands‑on experience managing DOLE cases and disciplinary matters
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large HR teams and operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and C‑suite stakeholders, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated capability in HR transformation, change management, and people analytics
