Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention initiatives to build a strong workforce.
  • Manage employee relations programs to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Lead performance management processes and succession planning efforts.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Candidate should have:

  • Proven HR leadership experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or other regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR governance, ideally in manufacturing or commercial settings
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing or transformational business
  • Track record in organizational transformation, including workforce restructuring, org design, or major change initiatives
  • Solid experience managing labor relations, employee issues, and stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to regional or multi‑country operations, partnering with leadership across markets
  • Trusted advisor to senior leadership, with confidence influencing decisions on talent, performance, rewards, and succession
  • Pragmatic, business‑oriented HR leader who can deliver results quickly without over‑bureaucracy
  • Experience working closely with commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to build high‑performance, compliant, and engaged teams
