Job Description

    • Lead end‑to‑end HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Own and continuously improve recruitment strategies, job descriptions, salary structures, and hiring metrics.
    • Partner with leadership to design and execute workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives across business units.
    • Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, Code of Conduct, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
    • Plan and deliver corporate events, team‑building activities, and recognition programmes that reinforce company values.
    • Support workforce planning, succession planning, learning and development, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

Non‑Negotiables

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership or HR manager role covering end‑to‑end HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence people strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Good to Haves

  • Experience driving employee engagement surveys, culture programmes, and change initiatives.
  • Background in organisational development, workforce planning, or learning and development.
  • Experience working in fast‑growing or multi‑business unit environments.
