Job Description

  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Lead performance management and employee development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including HMO coverage.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the Consumer industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
