About Our Client

Our client is a purpose-driven renewable energy company. With a growing team, they are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to establish and streamline HR processes, manage visa and mobility administration, and develop structured policies that support their people and mission.

Job Description

HR Process Setup & Management

  • Design and implement core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries and needs.



Visa & Mobility Administration

  • Oversee visa applications, renewals, and compliance for international hires.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and government agencies as needed.
  • Develop internal guidelines for relocation and mobility support.



Policy Development & Compliance

  • Draft and implement HR policies tailored to a small, agile organization.
  • Ensure policies are compliant with local labor laws and reflect company values.
  • Provide training and support to staff on policy awareness and adherence.



Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.



Support leadership in building a strong employer brand.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years in HR, in a startup or small company environment is desirable.
  • Experience with visa administration and policy development.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and working in a purpose-driven organization.
